Click on the Accidents / Incidents tab under the Client's Quick Link to access the Accident / Incident page.
The list lists above are pending Accident / Incidents reports that does do not have any action.

If you changed the status of the report, it will not show in the list. You can open the report by going to the Care management menu then clicking accidents / incidents / complaints (see Accidents / Incidents / Complaints)
