Introduction

Client Checklist records within the Lite version of the Brevity Care application are accessed through the Administration>Settings menu.

Checklist codes are categorised by funding source and are used to identify the documents that would be applicable with the clients profile. Examples of document types includes, service agreement, client goals, care and treatment plans or behaviour support plans. Linking this information to the client profiles can assist in tracking the expiry of documentation.

Create a Client Checklist Record

To create a Client Checklist record observe the following steps:

  1. Select the Administration>Settings menu to open the settings page within within the browser.

  2. Double click the Client Checklist tile to open the Client Checklist list.

  3. Click on the (plus) button to open the Client Checklist record page to create new checklist.

  4. Within the Funding Source field select a value from the drop down list to categorise the checklist to the appropriate funding source.

  5. Within the Name field, input a description that will be used to identify the checklist record

  6. Click the SAVE button to create the checklist record.

  7. Click the CLOSE button to exit the page and return to the Checklist Item page.


Edit a Client Checklist Record

To edit a Client Checklist record observe the following steps:

  1. Select the Administration>Settings menu to open the settings page within within the browser.

  2. Double click the Client Checklist tile to open the Client Checklist list.

  3. Highlight the Client Checklist record. Either click on the edit button or double click on the Client Checklist record to open it within the Client Checklist page.


  4. Update either the name field or select a new value from the funding source field to allocate a new funding source to the checklist.

  5. Click the SAVE button to update the checklist record.

  6. Click the CLOSE button to exit the page and return to the Checklist Item page.


Delete a Client Checklist Record

To delete a Client Checklist record observe the following steps:

  1. Refer to steps 1-3 under the topic Edit a Client Checklist Record.

  2. Highlight the Client Checklist record to be deleted.

     

  3. Click the Delete Button in the ribbon bar.

  4. Select the OK button to confirm the deletion of the selected record. Record listing will refresh.


Activate and Deactivate a Client Checklist Record

To edit the activity status of a Client Checklist record observe the following steps:

  1. Refer to steps 1-3 under the topic Edit a Client Checklist Record.

  2. To deactivate the checklist record select the Deactivate button . Deactivating the record will set it to read-only.

  3. To activate the checklist record select the Activate button.

  4. Click the CLOSE button to exit the page and return to the Checklist Item page.
