This page guides a the plan manager to upload remittance to set invoice payment status.

Upon receipt and processing of the bulk payment request if sent to , the NDIS they will provide a remittance with details of which invoices are paid and which are rejected. Once you got the csv file from NDIS, This csv file can be uploaded to file in a csv format which details the invoices that have been paid or rejected. The remittance file received from the NDIS can be uploaded into Brevity to update the invoice payment statuses. For rejected payments, the NDIS supplies an error file, that can help diagnose why payments where rejected.
To upload remittance file :observe the following steps
Navigate to the Care Management menu and click on Plan Management Claims submenu.
From the Claim Batch list blue toolbar, select Upload Remittance button.
Select the file from you computer using choose file button and click Save and continue.
It will show you the preview of invoices. Click Import data.
System will ask you to confirm your action click Ok to import the data.
This will update the payment and rejection status of the invoice line items on the batch, including the payment amount received from NDIS. You can then check the rejected invoices within the batch, update them appropriately, and send to NDIS again.

Remittance files are specific to the batches. So you need to first download the remittance file from PRODA and then upload it. Brevity will link to the appropriate batch automatically. |
