Navigate to Care management menu and click Plan management import invoices sub-menu.
Click on +New Batch.
Upload the external files that are listing the provider invoice particulars. The invoice file and be either in PDF, JPG or JPEG format. Multiple files can be selected at the same time for upload.
Click upload and continue.
System will open and read the invoice file and write its contents into respective fields at right side of the invoice import screen. You can add additional or modify existing information, assign comments and vary the status.
Once the profile of the invoice has been completed select the Save invoice button located at the bottom right of the input screen.
System will ask you to confirm the action. Click Ok and save the invoice record into the Brevity. The invoice is cleared from the screen and the next invoice is then ready for processing.

Supplier: This field specifies is used to specify the supplier name who supplied delivered the invoiced services.
Invoice Number: This specifies the invoice fields is used to specify the unique number to identify the provider invoice.
Client: This specifies field is used to specify the client name who is responsible to pay the requested invoiced amount.
Date: This specifies field is used to specify the invoice generation date.
Total: This specifies field is used to specify the total invoice amount to be paid.
Service From: This specifies the service start date. The date field is used specify the date on which the service started .or was delivered
Service To: This specifies the service end date. The field is used specify the date on which the service ended .or was concluded (this value may be the same as the service from date)
Comments: This specifies field is used to register comments against invoice.
Status: This specifies field is used to specify the invoice status. It can be The status types available include draft, send for approval, approved and rejected.
